In accordance with the guidelines and regulations established by the New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance and the New York State Department of Labor, the Tioga County Department of Social Services is making available for public review and comment the 2026-2027 Temporary Assistance and SNAP Employment Plan. Reviewing or obtaining the local plan:  copies of the 2026-2027 draft plan will be available for inspection in the Commissioner’s office of the Tioga County Department of Social Services, Health & Human Services Building, 1062 Route 38, Owego, for the period of October 14, 2025 through November 13, 2025.  Written comments must be submitted by November 13, 2025, to the Commissioner of Social Services, PO Box 240, Owego, NY 13827.
