The Tioga County Department of Public Works is accepting bids for Willseyville Road Pavement Overlay located in the Town of Candor. The bid opening will be held at the Public Works office, located at 477 Route 96 in Owego, New York, on Thursday, July 27th, 2023, at 11:00 AM. All bids must be received prior to the bid opening. Project documents will be available starting Tuesday, July 11th, 2023 at the Public Works office for a non-refundable payment of $25.00.
