This report was developed through funding by the NYS CDBG-Disaster Recovery Program. draft of the report was presented to the public on March 4, 2019 to review the report’s recommendations and take comments from the public. The Tioga County Soil and Water Conservation District will continue to gather feedback regarding the report’s recommendations and work with the Town of Owego on project prioritization as well as look for funding opportunities to pursue implementation on those prioritized recommendations.
